These terms apply to your use of transrock.com.au (the website), which is operated by Transrock Pty Ltd ABN 55 686 085 441 (Transrock, we, us). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Information on the website
Information on the website, including product descriptions, photos, sizes, prices, availability and delivery information, is a general guide only and is not an offer to supply. Stone is a natural product, and photos show the natural range, not the pieces you will receive.
Every supply is on your quotation, our Terms of Trade, Product Guide and Delivery, Site and Charges Guide and, for trade accounts, the Trade Account Terms, available at transrock.com.au/terms. Where the website differs from those documents, they prevail.
We may change the website at any time. We do not guarantee that it is complete or current, or that it will be available without interruption.
2. Our content
The website and its content, including text, photos, video, graphics, logos and the Transrock name, are owned by or licensed to Transrock. You may view and print pages for your own use, including to plan a project or share with your client. You must not copy, reproduce, publish or otherwise use the content for any other purpose, including on another website or in marketing, without our written permission.
3. Content you send us
If you send us content we may publish, such as photos of a finished project or a testimonial, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or include anyone’s personal information without their consent.
When you agree to us publishing it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual licence to use, edit and publish it in our marketing. We will ask before we publish your name or address. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in what you send us.
Reviews you post publicly on platforms such as Google are governed by that platform’s terms. We may display them on our website as published on that platform.
4. Using the website
You must not:
- misuse the website or its forms, including to send spam or unlawful, offensive or misleading material
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or interfere with how it works
- copy content from the website using automated tools, such as scrapers, without our written permission

8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on the website. The version on the website when you use it applies. Victorian law governs these terms, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
